Yesterday, before sleep, I was very enthusiastic that today I'd start building my awesome website and finally escape from scrum. What really happened?
Work went smoothly today. Waking up at 7 AM is a game changer, but working 9-5 is hell. After work, I started working out, then made a lunch/dinner - one big but low-calorie meal to keep my stomach full. And what’s next?
It turns out I'm being lazy again. When I do my work, train, and stay on a calorie reduction altogether, I can't really focus and just need to relax. That's why white-collar work shouldn't be contracted for 8 hours.
Ahh, and I forgot to mention that I slept for 7 hours, which is not enough when I do all these things. I'll do some brainstorming in bed today, then. Hopefully, I'll get some rest and do something tomorrow.
