Last 3 days I spend on cold outreach. I made some improvements to my website tho. Today I'll create some videos that hopefully will get me more traction, because cold outreach is slow and I didn't get any real power user yet. So plan for the next couple days is to make videos, then again cold marketing then implementing improvements based on feedback or important things like landing working on mobile then summary and repeating all these things again and again until I get power users. Once platform is ready for real marketing I'll spend some money on ads.
