I wasn't posting, but I did send emails yesterday. Two major problems to solve rn: marketing - I definately need much higher app vitits, the other one is related to some feature but I'll figure out it I guess. Marketing is worse as I believe I'll need to pay some money.

I do various marketing tricks, no results for now. Same yesterday. At least the shit is constant, I get new visits, but it's not converting. Working on further steps.

Reaching out 1 by 1 via cold email takes time, is slow and this time nobody replied. Discord link is tricky, because I need to hide that I'm marketing something, but it gives some bursts of page visits. Today I uploaded a nice video about 2nd feature. Will see how it goes.

Today I updated the marketing app I'll it now works better. I'll reach out now some people and try different approaches, like instead of emailing, visiting their discord or twitter.

New user-to-payment flow is introduced. Yesterday I did nothing, on friday also. Tommorow I'll send some email and see people's reaction. If I'll have some spare time left I'll make a new video about the platform.

Ok, redesign of first feature is done and it works amazing. I'm impressed by my own ideas. Tommorow or on Saturday I'll have 2nd feature done and I can do testing before deployment. I'll just test things that could have been broken, too lazy to do full regression tests. God I hate coding for such long time I mean if I didn't do that at work I could do it, but there is a time you need to say - OK TIME TO STOP because you need to get rest for tommorow.

Hmm tommorow I'll probably finish implementation of redesigning for the first feature, so on Friday both features should be ready. If not I have a whole weekend cuz I won't cold outreach during the weekend. I'm kind of angry because I hate programming for 16h a day. Can't wait to quit my job.

On the one hand I'm happy new user-path-payment looks amazing, on the other hand I'm sad because I added too much options for users in MVP, and now I need to cover even UX edge cases, which is fucking time-consuming.

Unfortunately yesterday I did nothing and I don't have any reasonable reasons, just idk nothing happened. Let's don't overanalyze it. It just happened. Today I updated the landing page, to make it work on smaller screens. It isn't perfect, imo it needs adjusments, but for now it's enough. Nothing overflows beyond the screen, so I stop here. Things to do in next couple days are:

  • add mobile view for features that will be used by the most important category of users (I'm being enigmatic here deliberately just for the safety)
  • redesign user-to-payment path. When I created it initially I thought it would be okay, but now I got a better idea for funneling users towards payments.
  • improve filtering emails in my marketing app and reach users out
